If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 30 days from ship date at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement. Refunds issued only when defective product is no longer available.

OUTSIDE THE US
We LOVE that there are people in all corners of the world that want to rock our products so we do everything we can to make it easy for you! Please note, you are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. If your package is returned to us as "unclaimed/refused to pay," etc., and is in new condition, you can choose to be refunded for the cost of your order, minus shipping OR we can re-ship the package at your expense.
Thanks for your pre-order, we're glad you're excited for some new merch! Please be aware that ALL items ordered in a cart with a pre-order item will ship in one package, at the same time. This means that you may have to wait a little longer to get all your goods. If you are just too excited to wait, you will want to place multiple orders.
