If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package at email@example.com for a replacement. Our phone cases are print on demand, made especially for you. Yes you. Stop looking over your shoulder. Weirdo. Therefore, all sales are final. If you believe your case is defective (i.e. broken) please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement. Note, ordering the wrong size is not a "defect."
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please allow 2-4 business days for order handling. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order ships. You may refer to the website of the shipping agency you selected at check-out for more specific details regarding shipping timeframes.
OUTSIDE THE US
We LOVE that there are people in all corners of the world that want to rock our products so we do everything we can to make it easy for you! Please note, you are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes (etc.) that may be required to receive your order. If your package is returned to us as "unclaimed/refused to pay" (etc.), and is in new condition, you can choose to be refunded for the cost of your order, minus shipping, OR we can re-ship the package at your expense.
Thanks for your pre-order, we're glad you're excited for some new merch! Please be aware that ALL items ordered in a cart with a pre-order item will ship in one package, at the same time. This means that you may have to wait a little longer to get all your goods, but hey, its way better for the environment! If you are just too excited to wait, you will want to place multiple orders.
